Through somatic practice, breathwork, and guided reflection, Tecca offers spaces where the body can soften, the nervous system can settle, and rest can be experienced without guilt. Mary-Beth Newell is a Registered Nurse with a master’s degree in science who has decades of experience experimenting with a variety of skin care regimens, exercise routines, hair care, make-up, nutrition plans and self-care that has led to her looking and feeling at least ten years younger without the use of injectables or plastic surgery.  She was motivated to write a book after people who learned her age repeatedly kept asking “What are you doing?” and after she would answer, they replied “You should write a book”.  She is thrilled to share her tips, tricks and processes with others.  

Karmin is founder of Inner Healing For Abundant Living, Inc., helping women of color in their 30s and beyond live abundantly despite life’s challenges through her Neuroplastic and Multigenerational Family Systems Healing Framework. She empowers adult women, military veterans, and mothers of adult daughters to transform relationships. A Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, retired Army Reserve Major, and TEDx speaker, she also serves as a lead Intercessor, church Elder, and Women’s Celebrate Recovery Devotion Leader, integrating clinical expertise with faith-centered leadership to advance strategic, abundant living. 

Lucille Reddic, The Harmony Expert, is a keynote speaker, coach, and author known for captivating presentations that foster deep connections and enduring love. With over 20 years of experience as a Marriage Reconnection Strategist, Lucille guides couples through transformative journeys with impactful speeches and her “Thriving in Marriage” workshops.
