Vendor Policy: Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Vendor registration includes Saturday session attendance, exhibit table space, digital marketing promotion, a vendor spotlight feature, and lunch. Vendors will have the opportunity to share their brand and connect with attendees within the retreat environment; however, sales, attendee volume, and engagement cannot be guaranteed. All vendors are expected to align with the values and audience of the retreat.

Upon registration confirmation, you'll receive a direct link to book your hotel room at our group rate of $199 per night (plus tax). Additional fees apply: $20 daily resort fee (reduced), overnight valet parking $27 (reduced), and daily valet parking $15 (reduced).
