Hotel accommodations (booked separately at Marriott Pompano Beach) and additional meals (Thursday dinner, Friday breakfast/dinner, Saturday breakfast/dinner) are not included. REGISTRATION POLICY: Registration Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable. However, your registration may be transferred to another participant (subject to approval) or applied as credit toward a future Girlfriend, Relax! Retreat. All transfers or credit requests must be submitted in writing to girlfriendrelaxretreat@gmail.com at least 30 days prior to the event.
Saturday Session Policy: The Saturday session fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Your registration includes entrance to all Saturday programming (9am-3pm), swag bag, and lunch. Hotel accommodations are not included and must be booked separately at Marriott Pompano Beach.
Vendor Policy: Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your vendor registration includes Saturday session attendance, exhibit table setup, digital marketing promotion, vendor spotlight feature, and lunch.
Swag Bag Vendor Policy: Swag bag vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This partnership allows you to promote your brand by including one item in each attendee's exclusive swag bag. You'll also receive digital marketing promotion and recognition throughout the event.

Upon registration confirmation, you'll receive a direct link to book your hotel room at our group rate of $199 per night (plus tax). Additional fees apply: $20 daily resort fee (reduced), overnight valet parking $27 (reduced), and daily valet parking $15 (reduced).
Payment Policy: All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full retreat registrants may request to transfer their registration to another participant or apply it as credit toward a future retreat by contacting girlfriendrelaxretreat@gmail.com at least 30 days before the event. Saturday session and vendor fees cannot be transferred or credited.
